  3. FEATURES

A fuel-fired muffle is technically a high-temperature furnace where the heat source is completely separated from the firing chamber so that the sample cannot be contaminated by combustion gases.

If the muffle were electric, they are generally small ovens with heating elements also hidden that are used in laboratories, small workshops, or to carry out dental prostheses.

PARTIES

a) the cooking chamber,

b) the enclosure that surrounds it where in one way or another heat is produced.

c) the door that can also be heated, especially in the electric ones.

d) the thermocouple with which the internal temperature of the cooking chamber is controlled.

We can also say that in the case of electric there is an electrical connection panel and in the case of fuel there will be a combustion system that can take many different forms.

FEATURES

• Electric heating controlled by thermostat
• Heating by electrical resistances at 1200 Watts of power.
• Electric fan-turbine that allows circulation and temperature uniformity throughout the chamber treatment.
• Top entry for checking thermometer.
• Single-phase supply of power at 220 Volts.
